Acupuncture 101

Acupuncture is a holistic healing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, known as Qi. This centuries-old therapy aims to restore balance within the body by harmonizing the flow of Qi through intricate pathways called meridians. By strategically placing needles, acupuncturists seek to alleviate pain, promote natural healing, and address a wide range of physical and emotional concerns.
